than a year later&#8230;."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I under-estimated my loathing for sheet metal work.<\/p>\n<p>In the last 14 or so months:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drivetrain bolted together with adapter plate between the L110F gearbox\/motors and HF2A transfer case.<\/li>\n<li>Driveshafts are fitted and transmission mounts are in place.<\/li>\n<li>Sheet metal progressing in fits and starts.\u00a0 Some pieces have been painted.<\/li>\n<li>Battery boxes have been built and wired.<\/li>\n<li>12v EV specific fuse\/relay box fitted and wired.<\/li>\n<li>CAN busses wired.<\/li>\n<li>BMS working, talking to oddly non-standard BMW CSC&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Zombieverter VCU talking to everything.<\/li>\n<li>Charger\/DCDC wired.<\/li>\n<li>No plumbing yet but radiator\/fan mounted.<\/li>\n<li>Touchscreen dashboard and dial shifter designed\/written using Claude.<\/li>\n<li>Dashboard vehicle interface hardware designed and manufactured, verified working.\n<ul>\n<li>Magride suspension<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle Speed Sensor<\/li>\n<li>EPB sensor<\/li>\n<li>Shifter sensor<\/li>\n<li>Transfer Case sensors (Hi\/Lo, Center-Diff-lock)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Electronic Parking Brakes from 2020 Rav4.<\/li>\n<li>Electric Power Assisted Steering from 2020 Prius.<\/li>\n<li>iBooster electric brake booster from Honda Accord.<\/li>\n<li>Wiring harnesses documented using Splice-cad.com plus MCP via Claude.<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle has driven on its actual battery pack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
